Sardines Boneless and Skinless in Olive Oil
Formosa Gourmet’s boneless and skinless sardines in olive oil are small sardines without any bones or skin, also know as sardine fillets. Perfect for those who do not wish to eat the fish bones. They are also ideal in cooking when boneless sardines are required, for example in sauces and pasta dishes. The sardine is a nutritious little fish containing protein, vitamin A and D, several minerals and healthy fatty acids, including omega-3.
