- 2 large sweet potatoes Green beans
- 2 eggs
- Cherry tomatoes
- Formosa Gourmet Tuna fillets in olive oil
- 5 tablespoons Olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon Oil from the tuna can
- Salt & pepper
Crush the garlic clove and mix it with all the ingredients for the dressing. Keep the dressing in the fridge.
Scrub the sweet potato and boil in water for 10 min.
Boil the green beans in water 2-3 min.
Boil and peel the eggs.
Slice the cherry tomatoes and the paprika.
Separate the tuna fillets into smaller flakes.
Make a bed of lettuce on a large serving plate and put all the ingredients on top.
Sprinkle the dressing and serve immediately.
