Pasta with tuna and rosemary

Ingredients:
- Your choice of pasta
- 1 can Formosa Gourmet tuna fillets with rosemary
- 3 garlic cloves
- A bunch of sun-dried cherry tomatoes
- Olive oil for frying and topping
- Parsley
- Salt & pepper
Preparation:
Bring a pot of water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and the pasta.
Heat up a frying pan on medium heat with 3 tablespoons of olive oil.
Peel and add the garlic cloves to the oil. Let them fry in the olive oil until they get a light golden color. Remove the garlic cloves from the pan and slice them on a cutting board.
Put the sliced garlic back in the pan, along with the cherry tomatoes, and fry for approx. 1-2 min. Open the tuna can and add all the content to the pan and stir for a 1 minute.
Drain the pasta and mix it together with the tuna, tomatoes and olive oil sauce . Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a few drops of Formosa Gourmet unfiltered olive oil and parsley sprinkled over the pasta.
