A bruschetta fiesta! We made three different types. One classic, one with mozzarella and, of course, one with sardines!

Ingredients:
- Bread
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Tomatoes
- Formosa Gourmet sardines
- Basil
- Mozarella
Preparation:
Step 1: It's very simple to make this dish. You just need bread, olive oil, garlic, tomatoes and toppings. We choose mozzarella, basil and our skinless and boneless sardines in olive oil.
Step 2: Prepare the toppings. Put some garlic and olive oil on the sliced bread and toast them in the oven. In the meantime, mix chopped tomatoes, olive oil and basil. Open the sardine can and slice the mozzarella.
Step 3: Make the bruschettas of your choice. We made one with mozzarella, one with sardines and one with the basic tomato mix. Delicious.
Step 4: Time to eat.
